We were honored with the Top Company Award for the FOURTH time last week.
The Top Company Award is presented every year by the Bolzano and Innsbruck based recruitment company Business Pool in cooperation with the autonomous province of Bozen, the state of Tyrol, the Economic Chamber of Bozen and the Economic Chamber of Tyrol.
Before that, companies that meet the criteria are awarded the “Certified Top Company” seal of quality, making them one of the best employers in the regional labor market. Only certified companies, so the best of the best, compete against each other in the Top Company Award.
The winners of the Top Company Award are not determined by a jury of experts, but rather by the APL®-Engagement Analytics. So an anonymous employee survey.
