We have used the past months to introduce an intelligent software implementation for development processes in the company. The implementation has enabled us to improve our development workflow and the collaboration among our team members.
The platform now provides a central place for documentation, project and knowledge management. Now we can organize our tasks even more efficiently, track progress in real time and share information quickly and easily with all teammates. This facilitates, simplifies and thereby significantly improves the cooperation of our different teams, from development to shipping.
The software enables us to create, edit and store project-related documents such as design specifications, ISO specifications, production plans with tooling and material specifications, as well as assembly and testing procedures. In addition, the joint documentation promotes transparency in the company, which among other things enables our employees to make faster and better informed decisions. As a result, our processes and procedures are optimally coordinated and traceable. This leads to a further increase in the efficiency and quality of our work and equips us to react to future challenges and solve problems.
Our development processes are continuously being optimized, cooperation among team members is improving significantly and our productivity is increasing again. Based on the results so far, we are convinced that we will be able to integrate further processes into this software in the near future in order to continue to offer our customers the best possible service.
