We have upgraded! Our company has recently invested in the IGUS ReBeL® Cobot 6 DOF, a collaborative robot that takes our work processes to a whole new level.
As a custom solutions company, finding the perfect robot to meet our requirements was no easy task. The most important point here is flexibility. We work with small quantities and customized products, so automation in our production is often a challenge. Therefore, we also build test machines and assembly devices ourselves. However, with 6 axes and the quick and easy possibility of reprogramming, the IGUS ReBeL® Cobot offers the flexibility we need to meet our constantly changing requirements. Whether it’s assembling complex components or performing simple tasks, this robot is ready for any challenge. The robot is designed to work seamlessly with employees. Its advanced sensors and safety features ensure safe interaction between man and machine, resulting in a smooth and efficient working environment. Despite its powerful functionality, the IGUS ReBeL® Cobot is extremely compact and space-saving. It can be easily integrated into various production environments while offering maximum performance in the smallest of spaces.
The aim is to achieve time savings of at least 25%. So in future, the robot will support our team in assembly, quality inspection, labeling and other tasks to ensure maximum efficiency. This will enable us to continue supplying our customers with products of the highest quality in the shortest possible time.
