SFS Fluidsysteme GmbH celebrated its 30th company anniversary on July 1st. Around 200 guests were welcomed at a big party at the company premises in Polling in Tyrol.
In order to give visitors an exclusive look behind the scenes, company tours were offered through the respective departments, where visitors could even look forward to small gifts from the CNC machine.
During the welcome speech the management reviewed the last 30 years and afterwards employees and business partners were able to share their view of the company’s history as well. SFS Fluidsysteme GmbH has made a steep advancement, in 3 decades it has developed from a small 3-man business to an international company with over 60 employees and 4000m² of production space. In his speech, apart from the historical facts, CEO Franz Staudacher kept his focus on the appreciation of his father and predecessor Ing. Otto Staudacher, but especially of his employees, “because it is the people who make what we do for our customers every day possible.”.
Daniela Praxmarer, Rainer Jäger, Roland Mohrherr, Raimund and Josef Ladner, long-standing employees of SFS Fluidsysteme GmbH, even demonstrated their acting talent during their speech by re-enacting a coffee break conversation on stage in which they worked through the last 30 years.
Rainer Koch, Managing Director of SFS Germany, thanked for the extraordinary cooperation over the past 23 years and lightened the mood with funny anecdotes from that time in his speech. The management then surprised their employees with toboggans, made in Tyrol, with a personal touch: an individual engraving.
