After a long break, we were finally able to go on our long-awaited company trip from October 06 to 07, 23. As a company, we believe it is very important to go on such excursions on a regular basis in order to strengthen the team spirit. These opportunities give us the chance to deepen our relationship and gain new experiences. Experiencing adventures and challenges together outside of the work environment strengthens teamwork, communication and trust.
This time, the excursion took us to Vorarlberg for two days. With great excitement, we climbed into the comfortable tour bus and set off. Our first stop was the Pfänderbahn, where we enjoyed a breathtaking view and a delicious lunch. We then continued on to the enchanting island of Lindau, where an exciting city tour and refreshing drinks in the harbor awaited us. But that was not all – our next destination was Feldkirch, where we checked into the hotel and enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Together we explored the city and had a lots of fun and unforgettable moments.
On the second day, the team climbed into the bus a little slower than the day before, but the motivation was immediately back when we reached our next stop: Bregenz! There we participated in the City Hunter scavenger hunt, where several teams competed against each other and explored the little town through fun tasks and tricky riddles. An unexpected amount of ambition developed here, and the teams had a head-to-head race to the finish line. Afterwards, we strengthened ourselves at the Goldener Hirsch Inn with traditional delicacies before returning to the bus. One border crossing later, we reached our last stop of this trip: the FFA Museum in Thal, CH. There we got exciting insights into the history of airplanes and automobiles and could have a look at one or the other impressive machine.
Unfortunately, we had to start our journey home afterwards, but the conversations in the bus already showed that this excursion will be remembered for a long time. There was a lot of laughter and talk about the shared experiences. The company trip not only helped to bring our team closer together, but also created unforgettable moments that will stay with us for a long time.
