There is a general trend towards smaller and optimized products. This applies to both size and compressed air consumption.
Mini cylinders/micro cylinders
In the case of mini cylinders, we are talking about plunger diameters of 8mm - 12mm. These cylinders are often used in the automotive sector, e.g. for testing electrical wiring harnesses in cars or opening/closing the luggage hatch on buses.
Today, the range of cylinders is changing towards smaller dimensions and so-called “micro cylinders” or “needle cylinders”, as the plunger rod is only slightly thicker than a needle. We are talking here about plunger diameters in the range of 3mm - 6mm. These micro cylinders, smaller than a paper clip, are used for a wide variety of control tasks and actuations with low forces.
Mini pressure regulators
Customers can choose between mini pressure regulators as stand-alone versions with M5 connections (panel mounting) and mini pressure regulators for integration into a block. All our mini pressure regulators are plunger regulators and therefore guarantee the smallest design with high performance.
The mini pressure regulators are available as standard for the pressure range 0.2 - 2 bar and for 1 - 8 bar. We offer this pressure regulator for neutral gases as well as for neutral liquids such as water.

Depending on the application and quantity, we build these compressed air devices from plastic, aluminum, brass and stainless steel. NBR, FKM or PU are mainly used for the seals.
